The first concrete was poured today for the IMO Carwash at the Bakehouse Quarter. IMO Carwash Group is the largest carwash company in the world, with nearly 900 sites in 14 countries, washing over 33 million vehicles each year. IMO Carwash at the Bakehouse Quarter is IMO's first site in Australia.

Australia's largest tenpin bowling centre is coming to the Bakehouse Quarter. AMF Bowling Centres is expecting to open the centre by 30th June 2007. The "new wave" bowling facility will feature the latest in bowling equipment technology with automated bumper bowling on all 38 lanes, aswell as full 'glow-in-the-dark' properties, LCD computer scoring, a huge kiddies game area, function rooms and billiard tables. The facility will also include a private corporate area of 12 lanes and the new Sliders Bowling bar and grill concept.
