The precinct sits on a site that used to be the Arnott's Factory and Warehouse the origins of which date back to 1904. All the buildings are still in their same state, however we have given them new life through modern interiors and contemporary office features.

The Bakehouse Quarter has, to date, converted some 20,000m2 into tranquil office surroundings, utilising existing structures and historical characteristics. There are new buildings interwoven with the old which compliments the overall precinct, and provides a pleasant, integrated contrast in style.
